These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of trust-reviews-trading.com (the "Site") operated by TrustReviews ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or publish a review. By registering you confirm that you are a natural person and that the information you provide is true and accurate.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at security@trust-reviews-trading.com.
• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Verification Policy.

3. Identity verification

Reviews on TrustReviews are limited to identity-verified subscribers. Your account is reviewed by our moderation team before publication rights are granted. Verification standards are described in the Verification Policy.

4. User content

4.1 What you submit

"User content" means anything you submit to the Site including reviews, ratings, titles, comments, and replies.

4.2 Your responsibilities

You agree that any review you publish:

• Reflects your genuine, first-hand experience with the broker or platform you describe;
• Is truthful, accurate and not misleading;
• Was not produced in exchange for compensation, incentives, or affiliate kickbacks;
• Does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• Does not contain unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or hateful content;
• Does not include personal data of third parties without their consent.

4.3 Licence you grant us

By submitting a review you grant TrustReviews a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, perpetual licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, translate, and create derivative works of your review for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the Site.

4.4 Removal

You may request removal of your published reviews at any time. We may also remove or edit User content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit reviews you did not write or about brokers you have not personally used;
• Coordinate with others to inflate or suppress ratings;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the Site;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Site;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
• Use the Site to violate any applicable law.

6. Editorial moderation

All submitted reviews are reviewed by our editorial team before publication. We retain sole discretion over what is published. Common reasons for non-publication include suspected non-genuine experience, hate speech, defamation, lack of sufficient detail, or duplication of an existing review.

7. Reviews are opinions

Reviews on TrustReviews represent the personal opinions of their authors. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. TrustReviews does not endorse any broker, platform, or trading strategy.

8. Trading risk disclaimer

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You may lose more than your initial investment. Consult a licensed advisor before making decisions.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site other than User content (including the layout, graphics, logos, and editorial commentary) is owned by or licensed to TrustReviews. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Site without our written permission.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

11. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustReviews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold TrustReviews harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User content or your breach of these Terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time and delete your account from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Material changes will be notified by e-mail or through a banner on the Site.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrustReviews is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
